Store Policies

1. Return Policy: Prather's Fresh Market is glad to help you with your returns with an accompanying receipt. If items are returned within 14 days, we are glad to return your money. After 14 days, you will receive a store credit for the amount returned.

2. Special Order: Prather's may require a deposit for your Meat and Deli Orders. If you need to cancel your order, Prather's requires at least a 24hr notice to receive your deposit back. For all other departments, no deposit is required.

Prather's Fresh Market is a participating merchant for all W.I.C., Horizon.
